This exiting canvas in an Abstract expressionism style is made using Acrylic paint on canvas. I Relish the freedom of Abstract painting and its expressive nature.
Flinging, pushing, splattering and smudging paint is enormous fun and often bares unexpected results in a really organic way. I like to use this method to construct a foundation, adding details to compliment and bring the piece together.
There is an abundance of movement and action in this artwork, leaving it open for interpretation. Abstract paintings are a tremendous conversation piece, every person digesting the image in their own way. The way an individual processes art can give you real insight into their personality and how they think.
